What is being offered

Lemonade Stand is a free assessment run by Player Piano AI, a division of Ayres Capital Enterprises LTD., in Toronto. There is nothing to buy on this site, and using the assessment does not create any purchase or subscription.

Provided as is

The assessment is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may contain errors and may change or go offline without notice.

Not advice

The report is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. It is an estimate built from the numbers you typed in, shown so you can check the arithmetic yourself. You are responsible for any decision you make from it.

What you tell us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The assessment does not verify anything about your business, and it does not compare you to any other business. See Privacy for what is collected and how to have it removed.

Using the assessment

Use the assessment for your own business, and enter only information you are entitled to share. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Your answers

You keep ownership of what you enter. You allow us to use it to build your report, to follow up on your enquiry, and to count what assessments have in common, as the privacy page describes.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ayres Capital Enterprises LTD. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any lost profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the assessment or its report. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

These terms may change as the assessment changes. The current version is always the one at this address.
