Last updated August 30, 2026. This page describes what the assessment actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it is not a final policy.

What we collect

Two things: the answers you type into the twenty-one question assessment about how your business runs, and your email address. We do not ask for payment details, we do not ask for photos, and there is no account beyond the email itself.

Who processes it

Your answers are sent to Anthropic to generate the written parts of your report. Everything is stored in Supabase, which is also where any account or confirmation email comes from. Nobody else sees your answers as part of running the assessment.

Your report is a public link

When your assessment finishes, it gets a report page at an address like /assessment/ followed by a fourteen character code. That code is hard to guess, but the page does not require a login. Anyone who has the link can open it. Do not share the link anywhere you would not want the report seen, and treat it the way you would treat a document sent as an attachment.

We hold no data on anyone else

The report never compares your business to other businesses. There is no score, no grade, and no percentile, because we have no data about other businesses to compare you against. Every number in your report comes from what you typed in.

How long we keep it, and how to remove it

Right now we keep your assessment until you ask us to delete it. Email hello@lemonade-stand.app and we will remove your answers and take down the report link.
